The Word of God says we will still bring forth fruit in our old age. Jesus healed the woman with the issue of blood because she had an unquenchable expectation of faith in Him. For twelve years her condition had continued to deteriorate. But then she heard about Jesus and confessed her miracle before she got it. She expected the unexpected and looked forward with certainty to her healing. She was fully persuaded that what God promised He is fully able to do. The Bible says the anointing abides forever. He upholds all things with the Word of His power. There’s nothing like the presence and power of God. He has given every one of us a measure of faith. Our greatest possession is our personal faith in Jesus Christ, His words and His miracle power. That little woman was not a wimp. Her faith led her to Jesus. These are some of the ingredients of her faith. She heard it, stayed with it, thought it, said it, planned it, was pro-active, confident, bold, determined, expected it, received it, did it, humbled herself, testified about it, believed it. Let faith in Jesus Christ come alive in you as never before and come boldly to the Throne of Grace and obtain mercy.

Compromise means mutual adjustment, to yield for the sake of peace. But there is no compromise with God’s Word. We must align our will with God’s will. Fence riders or compromisers never have a problem with anyone. But when we want to “build the walls of Jerusalem”, to repent and get our life right with God, evil spirits that hate God will rise up in other people to mock us. We then think there is something wrong with us and we cave in. To not compromise is to have a steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It is synonymous with honesty, sincerity and incorruptibility. God uses obstacles in our lives to train us to follow His ways and He will enable us to respond in a righteous manner. If you say, “I’m saved by grace,” and turn from righteousness, you’re a compromiser and defiled. Do not compromise God’s Word! Sanctification is a lifetime process. Thank God that He is the Potter and we are the clay.

You exist for one reason and one reason only, and that is to bless the Lord. In return, we will receive His benefits. Unfortunately, in the Church today there is the lazy Christian whose hands refuse to work. The half-hearted Christian lacks force, conviction and commitment. There is the indifferent Christian, neither hot nor cold. We’re either with Him or against Him. What’s it going to be? The double-minded Christian cannot decide what they believe. The compromising Christian has divided loyalty. There is the murmuring and complaining Christian. They are super-spiritual, looking for demons under every rock but cannot get their own life together. There is the fearful and doubting Christian. They lack confidence in God. Make up your mind! Forget not His benefits. Being free from sin is a great benefit. He heals all our diseases, promises us long life, gives us power over the power of the devil, works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. He will sustain us in time of trouble. Those who seek the Lord will not lack any good thing. He daily loads us with benefits. Bring God’s power into the now.

13LHCD3-4 – Kyle Nees – AWAKEN THE DAWN & BLESS THE LORD
Let’s awaken the dawn. Get the lyre and tambourine and remove all the trappings of self and let Him infuse us with His power. God doesn’t need what we can do. He just needs a vessel He can pour Himself through. Let us be a people who will be found early and often blessing His name. When we bless Him we bring His rule, authority and dominion into what He has given us to possess. Sing praises even with your soul, as David did. Others are dependent on what comes forth from your life. Those who rise to awaken the dawn are those who have their hearts and faces fixed toward God. Get your game face on and get serious. God is going to use you, so get over yourself. God wants to work you through an experience in the face of your enemies. You have to walk it out with Him day by day. He wants to remove from us our self-centeredness and learn to hear His voice say to us, “This is the way, walk in it.” God wants to replace and overtake our fears and inabilities with His ability. In that way we will not be ruled and driven by those fears. Our life will be marked by His voice. If you want His benefits, learn to bless Him early and awaken the dawn with Him.

13LHCD3-5 – Frank Butler – GOT A BIG WANT TO?
People go to service after service, hear message after message and nothing changes. Christianity is about change. It is a personal choice. You have to make up your mind that you want to change. You have to have a “big want to.” Are you going to get rid of the garbage in your life or continue to carry it around? What do you do with the trash in your house? You don’t put it on the sofa next to you – you get it out of your house! Blind Bartimaeus had a big want to. He cried out! Jesus was His only hope. He was desperate. This message encourages you to believe that God will do what He says He will and not to be discouraged by the opposition the enemy sends your way when you truly believe. Bro. Frank ministers to the people at the conclusion of this message.

God has given us tools to be able to live this life without a lot of “unnecessary stuff” happening to us. Carla first lays a premise for those who really don’t know who they are in Christ, because without knowing who you are, these tools aren’t going to work for you. If you are not settled on who you are in Christ, you’re only left with fear, doubt, unbelief, intimidation and eventually, you are a defeated ineffective Christian. The first tool God has given us is dominion. We can avoid a lot of tragedies if we would just use what God has given us. This, and many other tools are shared to help us be the overcomer God has called us to be. Ministry concludes this message.

13LHCD3-1L – Geri McGhee – THE SPIRIT OF INSOMNIA
Insomnia, by definition is, “inability to obtain sufficient sleep, especially chronic, difficulty in falling or staying asleep.” Geri believes one of the biggest causes for insomnia is discontentment, not begin satisfied with your life. “The fear of the Lord leads to life so that one may sleep satisfied, untouched by evil.” (Pro 19:23 NAS) Another reason some people have trouble sleeping is because bad things happened to them at night when they were sleeping and they are still trying to protect themselves by staying awake. Some people didn’t have a daddy to protect them so they were afraid to go to sleep, they never really felt safe. Other possible roots of insomnia are presented. Ministry concludes this timely message for so many people who are plagued with insomnia.
